// Mission board

THE WORK
IS UNDER WAY.

Echoes Beyond is in active development. Two lists below: what is already built and running in internal testing, precisely — and what is on the bench, in broad strokes only. No dates, no feature lists. When the alpha opens, this page becomes the live mission board, read straight from the project’s own tracker: every phase, every shipped change, and every bug a player reported and we fixed.

THE GALAXYBuilt

Two million procedurally generated star systems across eight regions, with hyperlanes, gates and the empires that were here before you — generated, seeded and explorable.

THE ECONOMYBuilt

Mining, energy, research and construction across nine orbits per system — the full production chain, balanced and rebalanced against its own cost curves.

THE WAR MACHINEBuilt

Seventeen hulls, twelve defense structures, the shipyard that builds them and the research that unlocks them.

THE WAR ENGINEBuilt

A deterministic battle engine: every fight rolls from a recorded seed and resolves the same way every time. Public today as the combat simulator — no account needed.

THE GALAXY ENGINEBuilt

The systems that make the galaxy answer back: standing with the empires already there, ports that trade on it, missions that leave with orders and return with reports, and intelligence that can be gathered — or denied.

THE CODEXBuilt

Twenty-six pages of real documentation, written from the shipped systems — every number in it comes out of the engine, not a design doc.

BALANCING, FIRST PASSIn progress

Everything above is now being tuned against itself — the work that can only start once everything exists.

THE COMMANDERIn progress

A founding charter, a title, an emblem of your own. The part of the game that is about you, not the map.

TAKE YOUR PLACE IN LINE.

Registration is open, free, and right in your browser: create your commander, found a charter, forge an emblem, and take a place in the early-access queue. The galaxy itself opens in waves — and when your wave lands, the report button inside the game is what puts your name on this board.
