The Interface
Where every panel lives on screen and what it controls.
Every page in the game shares the same chrome: a left navigation rail, a system roster, a resources bar at the top and the main content area in the middle.
Left navigation rail
The narrow sidebar on the far left holds every top-level destination. Clicking the icon opens the matching page; entries with submenus expand inline.
- System Overview — three-ring orbital view of your active system, with orbital development and slot details.
- Constructions — building queue, costs, levels and effects.
- Research Lab — the four-tier tech tree.
- Shipyard — design fleets, queue ship orders and check the hangar.
- System Defense — build emplacements and watch the defense queue (nothing can attack you yet).
- Galaxy — the 2M-star map, leaderboard, and (future) diplomacy.
- Codex — this in-game manual.
System roster
A second narrow rail to the right of the navigation lists every system you currently own. The active system is highlighted; clicking another one switches the entire UI context — every page you visit afterwards refers to that system until you switch again.
Resources bar
The top header shows the active system's metal, crystal, aetherium, energy and population readouts. Hovering each metric reveals storage caps, hourly production and the current draw vs. produced energy split.
Breadcrumbs
Every page shows a breadcrumb under the resources bar: Galaxy › <System Name> › Current Page. Click the system name to jump back to the System Overview, or "Galaxy" to open the map.
Settings & logout
The bottom-left of the navigation rail holds the gear icon for the profile page and a logout button. Staff accounts also see an Admin Console entry here.
